Empowered AI ("we," "us," or "our") provides the Empowered AI mobile app, which alerts drivers to publicly known speed and red-light camera locations. This policy explains what information the app collects, why, and how it's used.
Location. The app collects your device's precise location only while a trip is active, in order to find cameras near you, alert you as you approach them, and show them on the in-app map. You can end a trip at any time to stop location collection for that session.
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, username, email address, password, and optionally a phone number. Your email address is used to send one-time login codes; we do not use it for marketing without your separate consent.
Subscription information. If you purchase a subscription, we receive purchase and entitlement status from Apple's or Google's in-app purchase systems (platform, product, transaction ID) to confirm and manage your subscription. We do not receive your payment card details — those are handled entirely by Apple/Google.
Camera and trip data. The app stores the camera locations you've been alerted to and basic trip activity associated with your account, so features like trip history and nearby-camera alerts work correctly.

We retain account and trip data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at the email below.
Empowered AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
