By downloading, installing, or using the Empowered AI app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Empowered AI provides informational alerts about publicly known speed and red-light camera locations, along with trip tracking and route-planning features. The App is provided for informational purposes only.
Camera location data may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. The App is not a guarantee that you will be alerted to every camera, nor that every alert is accurate. You are solely responsible for obeying all applicable traffic laws and driving safely, regardless of what the App does or does not alert you to.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Some features require a paid subscription, billed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscription terms (pricing, billing cycle, cancellation) are governed by the applicable app store's policies. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by us directly.
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, reverse-engineer it, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empowered AI is not liable for any damages, including traffic violations, tickets, accidents, or other losses, arising from your use of or reliance on the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
