You can permanently delete your Empowered AI account and associated data at any time, either from within the app or by emailing us.
Your account is deleted immediately and you're returned to the login screen.
No access to the app anymore? Email support@em-poweredai.com from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account." We process these requests within 7 days and confirm by email.
Your username and email become available for a new registration immediately after deletion.
A minimal transaction record (without your name, email, or other identifying information) may be retained where required for financial record-keeping or legal compliance, consistent with our Privacy Policy. We do not retain any location or trip history beyond what's needed during an active trip in the first place — see the Privacy Policy for details.
