When contacting us, please include your account email, your device model and iOS version, and a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps).
Sign-in sends a 6-digit code to your email address after you enter your username and password. If it doesn't arrive within a minute:
Subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly, and the one-time Em-Powered purchase) are billed through your Apple Account. To view, change, or cancel:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, open Settings in the app and your active subscription should restore automatically once you're signed in. If it doesn't, email us with the Apple Account email used for the purchase.
Go to Settings › Delete Account in the app for instant, self-service deletion. No app access? See deleting your account for the email-based option.
Camera data comes from public and open government data sources and may be incomplete or out of date. Email us the location and what you observed, and we'll review it. Empowered AI is an informational aid only — always obey posted signs and speed limits.
Empowered AI uses your location only while a trip is active, to find nearby cameras and alert you as you approach them. You can end a trip at any time to stop location use, or manage the permission in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services › Empowered AI.
